I think he does. I dont know about all this... boys and their needing haircuts every 4-6 weeks crap! LOL. But really... i think its about time I take him for his 2nd hair cut. He is
beginning to look like Marge Simpson.

4 months, 9 days, and some odd hours...

We had the Honda. Thats pathetic. LOL We went out and bought ANOTHER Toyota. Cant stay away from them, I guess. We loooooved the car... but with #4 on the way...and these dang laws about buckeling up ALL your kids... we had to get a bigger vehichle. After DAYS, and I do mean DAYS on the phone with multiple dealers... traveling to multiple dealers, we are now back to being a family of only Toyota's.
Ive never really been excited about a car. But this one I am. Its cool. LOL I feel cool in it. LOL And the kids looooooooove it! There's 7 seats...and that was kinda difficult to find. This one hadnt even been put on the lot yet. But I do feel like Im driving a tank. Ill get used to it. And the gas mileage is nothing like the car...but what do you do when you need the seats.

Through this pregnancy.

I feel like Ive been pregnant forever. And really, I have. With a little break in the middle. I feel like Im just trying every day to make it to the next and maybe...just maybe...Ill make it to the end. But its not feeling like it.

By Simon and Garfunkle is Ty's favorite song ever. He gets so excited when I put it on. It must be the beat. He claps and smiles. I change the song and he just stares at the computer. Put Cecilia back on and he is so happy.

Everytime Scott comes home from work...Ty hears his voice and starts grunting. He is a grunter and he will grunt and cry until his dad comes and holds him. I LOVE IT! I think Scott likes it too. I think its so cute that he even knows thats his dad...his buddy.

13 weeks and still dont believe.

I have a denial problem. Actually its not a 'denial problem' I have no problem denying.

I still have a problem wrapping my brain around that Im pregnant. I've had this problem before. I just cant believe that Im really pregnant. Even when Im arfing over the toilet. I still think...there probably is just something else wrong with me and Im not really pregnant and one day Im going to go into the dr.'s office and they are going to say...woman, youre nuts, you arent pregnant. Even hearing the heartbeat..its just not real.

Maybe it'll be real once I start feeling this little one.

Update on Ader Nater Taters...

Thats Adrian for those that don't know.

He had eye surgery the other day. His one eye is at a 4. 5 means blind. They did surgery to straighten out his retina. I guess it was folded in half. They are probably going to do another surgery on the 28th or so. But his other eye is good.

I think that's pretty darn good for a baby born at 1# 4 oz. Who wasn't even supposed to make it.

He's up to 7#7 oz. Almost 6 months old.

I just wanna hug Alexis....

I just wanna say a HUGE THANK YOU to Alexis for keeping me sane. She has been my best 'internet friend' ever. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have a problem I KNOW I can just IM her and she will tell me just what to do or just whats wrong with me. Any computer problem...any health problem...anything pregnancy related thing...SHE KNOWS!! She has helped me more times then I could ever count and I just love her. Im starting to wonder if shes a real person cause how could someone know EVERYTHING like she does?

Oh yeah, she reminded me she doesnt know everything...she doesnt know anything about green jello and carrots....

Ill let that one slide.

SUPER STAR!!

So third grade has started off GREAT!!!

On the Friday of the first week of school Jentry brought this note home. She was beyond excited. I guess every week the teacher picks a boy and a girl to be the "Super Star" of the week. Jentry told me.. "I just knew it was going to be Jennifer. I was watching her the whole time just waiting for the teacher to say her name...and then she said MINE!" We made a big deal of it cause that same day she brought home a 100% spelling test. 2nd grade was not a good year for spelling so this really made her day. (and mine too! :-) )

So, were having another! Oh my goodness...

I hadnt had a period since June 15th. I took two pregnancy tests and they both came back -negative- but still no period.

Ty has a fever because he is teething and I couldnt find his dang Tylenol. So I had to go to Walmart to get some. Scott told me to pick up a test too. Because that night before I had woken up SOOOO sick. But I went and sat in the bathroom for a couple minutes and it went away. For like the last week or so I had been waking up kinda nauseous in the nights when I would wake up to feed Ty but I kept telling myself NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Silly me. So I pick up a test. COme home. And we go to church. Get home and Scott says so when are you going to take that test? I had forgotten about it. I said oh, I guess I can right now. So I went upstairs and did it. I was finishing...looking at the test and it looked a little weird to me as it was going across the window. I thought aww crap, shoulda got two because this isnt looking like its going to work. Right then I saw a big +. I said OH MY GOODNESS and just started laughing. What else could I do. So I sat on the edge of the tub and talked to myself for awhile and then I heard Jentry going down the stairs and I said...Hey, tell your dad to come up here. She did and he was up there in a flash. I was just sitting on the end of the tub with the test on the back of the toilet. I just laughed when I saw him. He picked it up and said... "Oh... is it dark enuff?" I said "YES its dark enuff! It doesnt matter how dark it is." Mind you, this is ONE DARK TEST! Soooo thats our big story

Now the big thing is...a car. They are sooo expensive and we just got the new accord and dont want two car payments so I dont know WHAT we are going to do . Mini van just isnt going to cut it cause we are going to need something 4 wheel drive so we can go up to the mountains as a family. So I dont know. We are thinking a Honda Pilot but once again... $$$$$$$$$$$ One day Im gonna be rich and wont have to worry about things like this...but until then...

So this year started off not so good for Jentry. Her best friend doesnt go to her school anymore. Shes moving and goes to a different school. Her other best friend from school moved to Texas. When we went to look who was in her class she didnt know very many people. So WE were dreading the first day of school.

Yesterday was the first day of school.

She got in the truck and said "School Sucks!" I knew what that meant. I asked her why and she said because she had no one to play with. :-( I hate to hear that!!!

So today I told her, "You try and find someone to play with at school." and she said she would.

Well she came in the door a much happier girl today. Said she found a girl that sits by her and they played at every recess together! YAY! I said so what did you say to her? And she said "Do you like doing the monkey bars?" and the girl said yes! So they did the monkey bars until their hands hurt and then went and laid on the grass!

I hope tomorrow is just as good of a day!

i NEVER EVER EVER thought I would see the day

I married a Toyota man.

We have NEVER had anything else...

Well except for a Chevy Nova that he had before we got married and had at the beginning of our marriage...but all parts were made by Toyota. It was a Toyota car that Chevy bought and put their name on.....

Until today....

Scott worked for Toyota for a little over 5 years as a mechanic. Loved it. He did a great job there and always got teased for being the pickiest mechanic ever. Things that other mechanics would over look bugged him to death so he would always fix it to the best of his ability and rarely got any come backs. That says a lot, I think. So him being that picky, he expects a lot.

When we bought our '04 Camry there was a "Tires for Life" program. You get all of your maintenence done from them and they will pay for tires for life. There was a little discrempinsy (sp) in that because what the dealership says you need to do...is not always what you need to do. So we always just do what is in the Owners Manual. Thats what Toyota reccomends...the dealership is always going to try to get you to do more. Anyway...so awhile ago we started having a little problem of the car pulling left when you would let go of the steering wheel. It didnt pull hard...but it pulled a little. And if anything your car should pull right, with the crown of the road...so this BUGGED Scott to death. Normal people it wouldnt bug, but I swear it kept him up at nights. So he took it in. They said it was the Springs. Replaced the springs. Still pulled. But we didnt take it in for about a month. Brought it in they said the alignment was right...everything was right....so they would try the springs again. Replaced the springs AGAIN. Went to pick up the car and they had scratched the bumper. They had also scratched it on the back pillar. Mr. Perfectionist was PISSED!!! This took them a whole week. Do you know how hard it is to go without a car for a whole week? Luckily Scotts parents let him borrow the Tahoe...but what a gas guzzler! During the weekend we noticed a weird sound

So he took it in after the weekend.

They had overcompinsated on the spring hoping that it would help it stop pulling and they had moved the spring too far. So it was out of its...whatever its supposed to be in. So thats why it was making that weird sound. They said they would order new tires. IT HAD TO BE THE TIRES. So we waited....and waited. By the end of the week Scott got another call saying...it had to be the tires and WE had to buy them. Even tho we were on the tires for life. Whatever. Scott was pissed. They had treated him like crap. He heard from his best friend that works in parts about all the things they had said about him. RUDE!

So he got pissed enough that he went and looked at Honda's. My husband....looking at Hondas. Never did I think I would see the day. He always said that Honda was good cars...but...he was a Toyota man. 5 hours later we were driving off in a 2006 Honda Accord. Its fun to drive. A little bit smaller then the Camry. But Scott will drive it mostly. I usually drive the truck.

I have never seen anyone negotiate more on the price of a car. Scott has always helped his sisters buy cars and they always said.."If you need anyone to help you buy a car, pick Scott" Cause he can get them down. i had to keep walking out cause I kept laughing. He was negotiating on EVERYTHING! But we got a good deal.

Been a little while...

Havent updated in awhile. Been busy. Let see, what things have happened. Ty rolled over, from his back to his tummy 2 Sundays ago. He is now 4 months old. Holy cow, it goes so much faster when you arent pregnant.

Brinley is still a turd. She gives me a run for my money.

Jentry is almost done with SECOND grade! That blows my mind! She is getting so old. So big. Sniff sniff.

Adrian is doing ok. Not any better, not any worse. He has 2 infections and some kind of fungus on his liver. That kid has been through so much. I wish we could go see him. But Im not sure if Ty has a cold or allergies, and the last thing I wanna do is bring something to him.

Scott is starting to talk to his sister that he hasnt talked to in 6 years. Im excited. I hope everything goes good. Ive been waiting for this.

Im so glad that kids like to come over here and play. Im so glad that Jentry and Brinley have lots of friends to play with. So all of Brinleys friends are 4 years older then her...I still think its cute that they will play with her.

~*~*~STICKER CHART~*~*~

Nope, we arent potty training. lol

I made Brinley a sticker chart today. If she does "hard" work for me she gets a sticker. If she throws a fit she gets one taken away. If she goes to time out, she gets two taken away. We just started this today...but so far, so good. She is more then willing to do anything I ask. Even does more then I ask. I told her to take some stuff up to Jentrys room today and she was finding other things she could take up too. I could get used to this. If she gets 20 stickers she gets to go somewhere fun. She wants to go swimming. But I told her swimming pools dont open for a little bit longer....but I guess we could go to the rec..never thought about that. She also wants to go to the library and to McDonalds Playland.

I wonder how long it will last...

Update on the sticker chart. Well she threw a fit and wouldnt stop so she got ALL three taken away. But got one back for being good at dinner.

Yesterday was a better day.

Brinley wasn't quite as tough (tho we only stayed home) I told her when she starts to feel mad just take a deep breath and maybe it would go away. The girl was hypervenalating all day. LOL Instead of just taking one breath she would breathe in and out in and out. LOL. Oh well, she didn't have any big fits. It was niiiiiiiiice! I'm hoping today is good too.

This kid....I dont even know...
she is soooooooo out of control sometimes, its rediculous. I keep telling myself its the age but seriously I have never met a more bratty kid. She has her good days where she is as sweet as pie...but then..she has her bad....

Take last night for instance. I got Scott the wrong shoes for his birthday so we went to the mall to take them back. All was fine. We were in the mall of a total of 10 minutes. AT THE MOST. Start to walk out and Brinley sees the escalator. She wants to go up them. I tell her no. She tells me yes. I tell her no. She tells me yes. We get about to the door and shes screaming and crying. Jentry hits the handicap button that opens the door and that sets Brinley off (she usually does this) she is screaming and crying at the top of her lungs. Im carrying her out over my shoulder she is screaming like Im kid napping her. I get her in the car after TRYING for 2 minutes by our car to talk some sense into her. She screams the WHOLE WAY HOME! At the top of her lungs. We get home and decide its "Time Out" time. I usually hold her in time out. She fights me and scratches me and tries to bite me. But I just calmly hold her and tell her I wish she could be a good girl. Scott says he thinks we should try to do the super nanny thing and put her in time out walk away... We used to do this but I got sick of going back and forth because she would NEVER stay in the time out spot. So I ended up just holding her in time out, setting the micorwave for 4 minutes. Seeing if she would apologize. If not 4 more minutes...so on and so forth.

So we try the walk away thing again. I put her in time out. Would walk 2 steps and she would be right behind me screaming. I would turn around, pick her up put her back in, try to walk away... this went on for at least 10 minutes. Now its Dads turn. He does it for 20 minutes. Then I do it. Theres sometimes Im thinking...ok its braking her...shes gonna figure out that this is for real and stop. 1 hour later. We are still doing the same thing. Shes screaming, she bit Scott, scratched him. Shes yelling JENTRY COME SAVE ME! I CANT GET OUT OF THESE ROBOTS ARMS! (this is what she says when we keep repeating things we do, or when Im holding her in time out) FINALLY, I get her to stay on the couch for her full 4 minutes. Telling her how proud I am of her that she did it. Now go tell Dad that shes sorry. SHE WONT DO IT! Tells me she doesnt know how to say Im sorry! Now what??? I tell her ok, here we go back again. Youre going in time out AGAIN! We do it AGAIN! Another 30 minutes later. FINALLY she does it. But I cant do that every single night. I dont know what to do with her. Just writing this Ive had to yell at her 3 times for being mean to Jentry. I dont know WHAT to do with her! Its not fair to Jentry. It puts us in a bad mood. Ty crys cause it scares him. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! :( Is this because of the new baby? Is it her age? Do I have any hope?? I didnt think I WOULD EVER EVER EVER SAY THIS, but it makes me not want to be around her. She freaks out at home. She freaks out in public. She is just naughty!! My mom said she would come get her last weekend. And I couldnt wait. I thought, if she backs down Im going to cry. I cant take her anymore. Ive NEVER liked the kids to leave. But I let them cause I know they have lots of fun. I miss them terribly while they are sleeping at my mom and dads house...but this weekend....I didnt. It was way too soon when my mom wanted to bring them home. I thought...already?? I dont know what to do. I feel like a rotten rotten mom for thinking these things. :-(
